Decommissioning ServicesS³ is focused on continuously providing new technologies and services to the market. An area where our existing skills and competence will prove to be of great value is with subsea structural decommissioning and recovery. As oil and gas fields deplete, structural decommissioning becomes a reality, S³ and partners intend to take a leading role in development of safe, innovative tools and techniques which will provide the means to dismantle subsea structures. S³ will establish a track record in steelwork removal and recovery using custom designed technology. S³’s approach to decommissioning is to remove the need for operators to commit expensive and valuable resources to a project that is not revenue generating. Our principal philosophy is to deliver a comprehensive service from project kick-off to delivery. Clients have as much or as little input as they wish, and S³ will deliver its services based around their requirements. S³ will liaise with and coordinate across multi-operator projects to deliver the best commercial solution. Working with S³’ affiliated company InterAct – who specialise in well reviews, p&a planning and environmental activities – we can undertake all aspects of marine related subsea decommissioning works.
