Managing Director - Graeme Kidd

From a commercial background in the construction industry Graeme entered the Oil & Gas industry in 1979. During the past 30 years Graeme has been involved in all manner of support services to the Oil & Gas industry on a global basis and has held a number of executive appointments during this period.

Finance Director - Peter Mackintosh

Peter entered the offshore construction industry in 1980 and has spent several years working in both France and the Netherlands in senior finance roles with major contracting companies.

ROV Director - Dave McKay

An electronics engineer with over 35 years engineering experience in offshore oil and gas from the early technical support of saturation diving systems which preceded the introduction to ROV technology, to survey engineering services and the design and manufacture of ROV work-class systems including the upgrade engineering of twin deepwater ROV systems which operated in 3,700m with engineering which enabled the first deployment and control of a mini CPT system under a workclass vehicle.

Survey Director - Will Primavesi

A hydrographic surveyor and a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors, with over 25 years experience in the offshore industry, operating in both the oil/gas and cable sectors. After 10 years working offshore in the North Sea and also in the Middle East, has spent 15 years in managerial positions, from Staff Surveyor to Chief Surveyor to Survey Business Manager to Director, based in the UK and also in Malaysia. Currently chairman of the Survey Division of the International Marine Contractors Association (IMCA) and active in various industry initiatives to promote offshore surveyors and their role in the survey industry.

Business Development Director - Dave Ellison

Close to 40 years experience in the offshore industry, 10 + years actually offshore, 10 years in subsea middle management, projects and commercial, 10 years in a senior management business development and commercial role, and 6 years in a senior key account business development management role.
