The senior offshore personnel, made up of Vessel Managers, Party Chiefs, ROV Superintendents etc all come to S³ with long track records of achievement in the industry. Many of the individuals have been known to the management of S³ for some time and their skills and knowledge are very strong. Our personnel pool will continue to grow as we expand into new and challenging works.

S³ recognise that the under lying strength to offshore teams is founded on the depth of engineering that is applied from a practical and design stand point. With our parent company's specialist engineering/design facilities, and with experienced offshore technicians, supplemented with localized subsea engineering and tooling capability, S³ is able to approach all manner of offshore tasks with a clear knowledge and understanding of how to achieve the client’s required results.

The personnel pool strives to operate on the principal of multi skilling which allows S³ to derive the most effective use of resource across various core assets. However this multi skilling concept coupled with S³’ desire to integrate teams from all suitable nationalities from around the world means that S³ can offer clients a cost effective and culturally open solution to national governments requirement for indigenisation.
